You step onto a campus and immediately notice what others miss: a ceiling tile hanging loose with no ticket filed, an HVAC unit that's been making noise for days, a landscaping crew that invoiced for incomplete work. You don't wait for a complaint to surface. You fix the issue before it becomes visible to anyone else.
That awareness defines this role. Alpha runs premium K–12 schools where families expect an environment that is secure, reliable, and ready for tours at all times—not just during scheduled events. You'll maintain that standard throughout the Northwest: anchored at the San Francisco Bay Area campus, with routine travel to sites in CA, WA, NV, UT, OR, and ID. Your work determines whether a campus maintains its premium feel or slowly declines between executive check-ins.
Year one centers on establishing standards and overhauling vendor relationships: defining what "campus-ready" means, implementing audit protocols, terminating underperforming vendors, and coaching Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists into a sustainable operational rhythm. As the regional footprint expands and your systems mature, the role evolves into consistent regional oversight. You'll become the operator the network calls when launching a new site, handling an urgent issue, or refining a systemwide standard.
