Students advance approximately 2x faster in around 2 focused hours per day, with achievement tracked via benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and transparency, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is to transition qualified leads into enrolled families and ensure their initial weeks begin with clarity, confidence, and active participation.

This is not a confined, templated SDR function. You will control the entire conversion journey—from consultative exploration through closure to initial activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks the team relies on, including AI-enhanced workflows that elevate both quality and efficiency without reducing messages to impersonal templates.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery calls that assess compatibility, address concerns, and produce a definitive enroll-or-disqualify decision
  • Manage your pipeline within the CRM through proactive follow-up, rapid response to inbound inquiries, and clear next-step documentation in every interaction
  • Establish precise onboarding and ramp timelines prior to closing, then support new enrollments through initial milestones to confirm active engagement
  • Apply AI tools for call preparation, outreach personalization, and throughput enhancement while preserving context and precision
  • Develop and distribute straightforward sales playbooks informed by actual win/loss outcomes and performance metrics to improve team-wide conversion

What you will NOT be doing

  • Deploying impersonal, high-volume sequences or relying on scripts that evade substantive questions
  • Finalizing deals without validating fit or without transparent communication about what onboarding and early progression entail
  • Transferring a new enrollment and assuming someone else will address early confusion or indicators of churn risk
  • Operating in a low-accountability setting where you lack influence over process improvement or sales methodology

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who begin with confidence, comprehend the onboarding process, and participate actively from the outset.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven capacity to facilitate consultative sales discussions that establish transparent expectations and result in a clear yes/no outcome
  • Documented ownership of a pipeline or process with flawless follow-up execution and rigorous CRM discipline
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication that remains personalized, precise, and contextually relevant
  • Practical application of AI tools to enhance sales execution quality and efficiency (beyond merely generating boilerplate content)
  • Capability to function autonomously in a dynamic, ambiguous setting while delivering quantifiable results
  • Availability for a remote, full-time position, working predominantly during US Central Time Zone business hours (some flexibility permitted)

Nice to have

  • Background in selling education, tutoring, homeschool programs, or subscription services involving a complex buyer decision process
  • Demonstrated success creating streamlined sales playbooks or processes that colleagues readily implement
  • Proficiency in utilizing data to identify conversion trends across stages (discovery, follow-up, closure, initial activation)
