Students progress approximately 2x faster in around 2 focused hours per day, with advancement tracked via benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and transparent processes, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is to convert qualified leads into enrolled families and guarantee their initial weeks begin smoothly, with confidence and active participation.

This is not a confined, script-dependent SDR position. You will manage the complete conversion journey from consultative discovery through closing to initial activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks the team relies on, including AI-enhanced workflows that boost both quality and efficiency without reducing messages to impersonal templates.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery calls that assess fit, address objections, and produce a definitive enroll-or-disqualify decision
  • Manage your pipeline within the CRM through proactive follow-up, rapid responses to inbound inquiries, and clear next steps documented in every interaction
  • Communicate accurate onboarding and ramp expectations prior to closing, then support new enrollments through initial steps to secure active engagement
  • Apply AI tools for call preparation, personalized outreach, and increased throughput while preserving context and precision
  • Create and distribute straightforward sales playbooks informed by actual wins/losses and performance metrics so the team achieves more consistent conversion

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sending impersonal mass sequences or relying on scripts that avoid substantive questions
  • Finalizing deals without validating fit or without transparently describing the onboarding and early ramp experience
  • Transferring a new enrollment and assuming someone else will resolve early confusion or churn indicators
  • Operating in a low-accountability setting where you lack the ability to refine processes or influence team selling methods

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who launch successfully, comprehend the onboarding process, and participate actively from the start.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven capability to conduct consultative sales discussions that establish clear expectations and result in a conclusive yes/no decision
  • Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline or workflow with zero missed follow-ups and rigorous CRM discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication that remains personal, precise, and context-aware
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of sales activities (not merely to produce generic content)
  • Capacity to work independently in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous setting while delivering measurable results
  • Availability for a remote, full-time position, working primarily during US Central Time Zone business hours (some flexibility permitted)

Nice to have

  • Background selling education, tutoring, homeschool, or subscription services with a high-consideration purchasing process
  • History of creating streamlined sales playbooks or workflows that other team members successfully implement
  • Proficiency using data to identify conversion trends across stages (discovery, follow-up, close, early activation)
