LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Austin, TX campus.
A well-functioning campus feels orderly, approachable, and composed—the result of someone making countless operational decisions that keep everything running smoothly.
Nova Academy is designed for students and families who hold high expectations for their educational experience. Those expectations reach beyond the classroom. They are reflected in how communication flows, how secure students feel, how seamlessly operations unfold, and how efficiently challenges are addressed. This position ensures that all of these elements function reliably, day after day.
In this position, you oversee the complete non-instructional operations of the campus. You establish trust with families by delivering clear and timely updates. You protect student welfare by managing safety protocols and incident management. You handle facility needs, logistical coordination, and day-to-day operations so that staff remain focused on student engagement. You also ensure that technology serves as an enabler of learning rather than a disruption.
This is a dynamic, community-facing position suited to someone who values variety, accountability, and service. If you find energy in problem-solving, supporting a school community, and building an environment where students and staff succeed, this role provides significant autonomy and influence.
Guarantee that Nova Academy functions in a safe, efficient, and dependable manner so that students, staff, and families experience a high-trust, well-managed campus environment daily.
