Director Channel Sales   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The software sector continues to struggle with transactional partnership models—superficial connections fueled by quotas and near-term incentives. Organizations deploy resources against lead databases with little strategic direction, resulting in high partner attrition. This approach yields sluggish market expansion, unrealized revenue potential, and constant efforts to sustain competitive positioning. Conventional methods depend on instinct and legacy sales practices rather than harnessing AI, analytics-based intelligence, and automation to deliver genuine value.

GFI's methodology centers on live data feeds, predictive modeling, and AI-enabled partner engagement. Rather than imposing arbitrary targets, we provide the independence to select optimal channel partners, apply AI-generated insights to deepen relationships, and deploy automation to amplify your reach. No administrative friction. No organizational complexity. Simply a high-leverage position where your strategic choices translate directly into growth and revenue outcomes.

This position is not designed for those seeking close supervision. It does not involve mass cold outreach lacking context or pursuing numbers without strategy. This role suits someone capable of identifying and developing high-value partnerships through contemporary tools and strategic thinking. If you operate effectively amid uncertainty, combine human judgment with AI-powered intelligence, and view partner success as the foundation of sustained revenue growth, you will thrive here.

You will occupy a central position in our growth strategy, collaborating with leadership to enable smarter, accelerated market expansion. If you are prepared to assume ownership, move beyond outdated frameworks, and shape a career distinguished by measurable impact, submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Sustain and expand existing partner relationships by applying AI-enhanced communication intelligence to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and build enduring collaboration.
  • Discover and forge strategic partnerships consistent with business goals through AI-powered market intelligence, data-informed targeting, and automated outreach.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance with AI-driven analytics and automated reporting systems to deliver real-time insights and predictive trend analysis to leadership.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional management; this is a hands-on position, and we maintain structured processes to ensure and uphold quality
  • Spending the majority of your time on new partner recruitment
  • Concerning yourself with monthly earnings fluctuations

Key responsibilities

  • Expand strategic partnerships, leading to faster market penetration, higher partner retention, and increased revenue.
