Vice President Of Channel Sales   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The software industry continues to rely on transactional partnership models—relationships focused on short-term quotas rather than long-term strategic value. Organizations deploy sales teams to work through lead lists without structure, resulting in high partner attrition. This approach leads to delayed market expansion, unrealized revenue potential, and a persistent struggle to sustain competitive positioning. Conventional frameworks depend on instinct and legacy sales methodologies rather than incorporating AI, analytics-driven decision-making, and process automation to deliver measurable outcomes.

At GFI, our model is grounded in live data, predictive modeling, and AI-enhanced partner engagement. Rather than arbitrary targets, you receive the authority to select optimal channel partners, apply AI-generated insights to deepen alliances, and deploy automation to amplify your results. No administrative friction. No hierarchical delays. Simply a results-oriented position where your strategic choices directly influence expansion and profitability.

This is not a position suited to individuals seeking close supervision. It does not involve generic outreach without context or mechanically pursuing numerical goals. This position requires someone capable of recognizing and nurturing valuable partnerships through contemporary tools and strategic thinking. If you operate effectively amid uncertainty, integrate human judgment with AI-powered analysis, and view partner achievement as the foundation of sustained revenue growth, you will succeed here.

You will occupy a central role in our expansion strategy, collaborating with executive leadership to enable more intelligent, accelerated market development. If you are prepared to assume ownership, move beyond legacy approaches, and shape a career measured by tangible impact, submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Sustain and expand relationships with current partners by applying AI-enhanced communication analytics to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and build enduring collaboration.
  • Discover and establish strategic alliances that align with corporate goals through AI-powered market analysis, data-informed targeting, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance via AI-driven analytics and automated dashboards to deliver real-time intelligence and forward-looking trend assessments to leadership.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional management responsibilities; this is an execution-focused role, and we rely on established processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Spending the majority of your time on new partner acquisition
  • Concerning yourself with monthly earnings variability

Key responsibilities

  • Broaden strategic partnerships, driving accelerated market penetration, improved partner retention, and revenue growth.
