What you will be doing

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with current partners by applying AI-enhanced communication intelligence to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and build enduring collaboration.
  • Discover and develop strategic partnerships that align with organizational goals through AI-powered market analysis, data-informed targeting, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance via AI-driven analytics and automated reporting mechanisms to deliver real-time intelligence and predictive trend forecasts to leadership.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional management; this is a hands-on position, and structured processes are in place to ensure and sustain quality
  • Allocating the majority of your time to new partner acquisition
  • Concern about monthly earnings fluctuations

Key responsibilities

  • Drive strategic partnership expansion, resulting in accelerated market penetration, improved partner retention, and revenue growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of channel sales leadership experience (manager level or above)
  • Minimum 7 years of total sales experience
  • Experience with B2B software sales
  • Experience building or implementing AI-assisted workflows in a sales environment
  • Currently based in North America
