Senior Channel Sales Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Transactional partnerships dominate the software industry—relationships built on quotas and short-lived incentives rather than sustainable value. Organizations deploy resources indiscriminately across lead databases, relying on volume over strategy, which results in high partner attrition. This approach leads to sluggish market expansion, unrealized revenue potential, and an ongoing struggle to stay competitive. Conventional methods depend on intuition and outdated techniques rather than harnessing AI, analytics, and automation to deliver meaningful outcomes.

GFI's methodology centers on live data streams, predictive modeling, and AI-powered partner engagement. Rather than imposing rigid quotas, we provide you the freedom to identify optimal channel partners, apply AI-generated insights to deepen relationships, and deploy automation to expand your reach. No bureaucratic overhead. No unnecessary layers. Simply a high-impact position where your strategic choices translate directly into growth and revenue.

This position is not designed for individuals seeking close supervision. It does not involve sending generic outreach without context or pursuing targets without strategy. This role is for someone who knows how to pinpoint and nurture valuable partnerships through contemporary tools and strategic thinking. If you excel in uncertain environments, can integrate human judgment with AI-driven intelligence, and view partner success as the foundation of sustained revenue, you will thrive in this role.

You will occupy a central position in our growth framework, collaborating with leadership to accelerate smarter, more efficient market expansion. If you are prepared to assume ownership, move beyond obsolete frameworks, and develop a career measured by tangible impact, submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Sustain and expand partnerships with current partners by applying AI-enhanced communication analysis to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and support enduring collaboration.
  • Discover and build strategic alliances that align with organizational goals through AI-powered market research, data-informed targeting, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance with AI-driven analytics and automated dashboards to deliver leadership real-time visibility and forward-looking trend forecasts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional management; this is a hands-on position, and we maintain structured processes to ensure consistent quality
  • Spending the majority of your time on new partner recruitment
  • Concerns about monthly earnings fluctuation

Key responsibilities

  • Expand strategic partnerships, driving accelerated market penetration, improved partner retention, and elevated revenue performance.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of channel sales leadership experience (manager level or above)
  • At least 7 years of total sales experience
  • Experience with B2B software sales
  • Experience building or implementing AI-assisted workflows in a sales environment
  • Currently based in North America
