Vice President of Sales   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Most software companies treat channel partnerships as transactional exercises—high-volume outreach campaigns tied to rigid quotas and short-term thinking. Organizations deploy large sales teams to work through generic lead lists, hoping for results, while partner turnover remains chronically high. This approach leads to sluggish market expansion, lost revenue potential, and an ongoing struggle to stay competitive. Conventional methods depend on instinct and legacy sales frameworks rather than harnessing AI, analytics, and automation to deliver genuine strategic value.

GFI operates on a foundation of live data feeds, predictive modeling, and AI-enhanced partner engagement. Rather than imposing arbitrary targets, we grant you the freedom to pursue the most promising channel partners, apply AI-generated intelligence to deepen those connections, and deploy automation to amplify your reach. No unnecessary oversight. No procedural friction. Simply a high-stakes position where your choices translate directly into measurable growth and revenue impact.

This position is not designed for candidates seeking constant supervision. It does not involve mass cold outreach devoid of context or the mechanical pursuit of disconnected metrics. This opportunity is for someone who knows how to locate and develop valuable partnerships through contemporary platforms and strategic thinking. If you excel when parameters are flexible, understand how to integrate human judgment with machine intelligence, and recognize that partner prosperity fuels sustainable revenue, you will succeed in this environment.

You will occupy a central position in our expansion roadmap, collaborating directly with senior leadership to accelerate intelligent market entry. If you are prepared to assume full accountability, move beyond outdated frameworks, and construct a career measured by tangible results, submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Sustain and expand partnerships with current channel collaborators by applying AI-supported communication analysis to tailor interactions, predict partner requirements, and build enduring alliances.
  • Discover and initiate strategic partnerships that align with corporate goals through AI-enabled market research, data-informed targeting strategies, and automated outreach sequences.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner outcomes using AI-powered dashboards and automated performance reports to deliver leadership actionable intelligence and forward-looking trend forecasts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Conventional people management; this is an execution-focused position, and we rely on established frameworks to maintain standards and quality
  • Spending the majority of your effort on new partner acquisition
  • Stressing over monthly income variability

Key responsibilities

  • Scale strategic channel partnerships, resulting in accelerated market access, stronger partner loyalty, and expanded revenue streams.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in channel sales leadership roles (manager level or higher)
  • A minimum of 7 years of cumulative sales experience
  • Proven background in B2B software sales
  • Demonstrated experience developing or deploying AI-supported workflows within a sales context
  • Currently residing in North America
