What you will be doing

  • Strengthen and expand existing partner relationships by applying AI-enhanced communication analysis to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and cultivate enduring collaboration.
  • Source and onboard strategic partnerships that align with organizational goals through AI-powered market intelligence, precision targeting, and automated outreach systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance with AI-driven analytics and automated dashboards, delivering leadership real-time intelligence and forward-looking trend forecasting.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional people management; this is an execution-focused role, supported by structured processes that ensure consistent quality
  • Spending the majority of your time on new partner acquisition
  • Concerned with monthly income variability

Key responsibilities

  • Drive strategic partnership expansion, resulting in accelerated market penetration, stronger partner retention, and elevated revenue performance.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of channel sales leadership experience (manager level or above)
  • At least 7 years of total sales experience
  • Experience with B2B software sales
  • Experience building or implementing AI-assisted workflows in a sales environment
  • Currently based in North America
