Enterprise Sales Director   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The software sector struggles with transactional partner models—surface-level relationships fueled by quotas and quarterly targets. Organizations deploy resources against contact databases, hoping for conversion, while partner turnover remains unsustainably high. This creates sluggish market expansion, lost revenue potential, and persistent challenges in maintaining competitive position. Conventional approaches depend on intuition and legacy sales methods rather than harnessing AI, analytics-driven decision-making, and automation to deliver genuine value.

GFI's methodology centers on live data feeds, predictive modeling, and AI-enabled partner engagement. Rather than imposed targets, we provide you with the independence to select optimal channel partners, apply AI-generated intelligence to deepen relationships, and deploy automation to multiply your effectiveness. No administrative overhead. No organizational friction. Simply a high-leverage position where your strategic choices immediately influence expansion and revenue outcomes.

This position is not designed for someone seeking close supervision. It's not about executing mass outreach campaigns without context or mechanically pursuing a metric. This role suits someone who knows how to discover and nurture premium partnerships through contemporary platforms and strategic thinking. If you operate effectively amid uncertainty, combine human judgment with AI-powered analysis, and recognize that partner prosperity drives sustainable revenue, you will succeed here.

You'll serve as a central pillar of our expansion strategy, collaborating directly with leadership to accelerate intelligent market growth. If you're prepared to assume ownership, move beyond legacy frameworks, and construct a career measured by tangible impact, submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Sustain and expand relationships with current partners by applying AI-enhanced communication analysis to customize engagement, forecast partner requirements, and build enduring collaboration.
  • Discover and initiate strategic partnerships that align with organizational goals through AI-powered market research, analytics-based targeting, and automated outreach mechanisms.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance via AI-driven analytics platforms and automated dashboards to deliver leadership actionable real-time intelligence and predictive pattern recognition.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Conventional management responsibilities; this role is operationally focused, and we maintain structured frameworks to guarantee quality standards
  • Allocating the majority of your effort to onboarding new partners
  • Concern about monthly income variability

Key responsibilities

  • Scale strategic partnerships, resulting in accelerated market penetration, elevated partner retention rates, and expanded revenue generation.
