Students progress approximately 2x faster with around 2 concentrated hours of daily study, tracked through benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and transparency, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is to convert vetted prospects into enrolled families and ensure their initial weeks begin smoothly, confidently, and with full engagement.

This is not a tightly scripted SDR position with limited scope. You will manage the complete conversion journey—from consultative discovery through closing to early-stage activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks your team relies on, including AI-enhanced workflows that boost both quality and efficiency without compromising personalization.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations that assess fit, address objections, and lead to a definitive enrollment or disqualification decision
  • Manage your pipeline within the CRM through proactive outreach, rapid responses to inbound inquiries, and clearly defined next steps at every touchpoint
  • Establish precise onboarding and ramp expectations prior to closing, then support new enrollments through initial steps to secure active participation
  • Apply AI tools for call preparation, outreach personalization, and increased throughput while maintaining context and precision
  • Create and distribute straightforward sales playbooks informed by actual wins, losses, and performance metrics to improve team-wide conversion consistency

What you will NOT be doing

  • Mass-blasting impersonal sequences or relying on scripts that avoid substantive questions
  • Finalizing deals without verifying fit or without transparently outlining the onboarding and early ramp process
  • Transferring a new enrollment to others and assuming someone else will resolve early confusion or detect churn signals
  • Operating in a low-autonomy setting where you lack authority to refine processes or influence sales methodology

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who launch successfully, grasp the onboarding path, and engage from the outset.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven ability to conduct consultative sales discussions that establish clear expectations and produce a definitive yes or no outcome
  • Documented ownership of a pipeline or workflow with zero missed follow-ups and rigorous CRM discipline
  • Excellent written and spoken communication that remains personal, precise, and contextually relevant
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance sales execution quality and efficiency (beyond simple text generation)
  • Capacity to work independently in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous setting while delivering quantifiable results
  • Available for a remote, full-time position, working predominantly during US Central Time Zone business hours (some flexibility permitted)

Nice to have

  • Background selling education, tutoring, homeschool services, or subscription offerings with a complex buyer decision process
  • History of creating simple sales playbooks or workflows that teammates genuinely implement
  • Proficiency using data to identify conversion trends across stages (discovery, follow-up, close, early activation)
