Students progress approximately 2x faster in about 2 focused hours per day, with advancement tracked through benchmarks and standardized assessments. Your responsibility is to convert qualified leads into enrolled families and ensure their initial weeks begin smoothly, confidently, and with full engagement.
This is not a scripted, transactional SDR position. You will manage the entire conversion journey from consultative discovery through close to early activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks the team relies on, including AI-powered workflows that enhance both quality and velocity without reducing messages to impersonal templates.
