Students achieve approximately 2x learning speed in about 2 concentrated hours daily, with advancement tracked via benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and transparency, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is converting qualified leads into enrolled families and ensuring their initial weeks begin smoothly, confidently, and with full engagement.

This is not a limited, script-dependent SDR position. You will control the complete conversion journey from consultative exploration through closing to initial activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks your team relies on, including AI-enhanced workflows that boost quality and velocity while preserving authentic communication.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations that assess compatibility, address concerns, and produce a definitive enroll-or-disqualify decision
  • Manage your pipeline within the CRM through proactive outreach, rapid responses to incoming inquiries, and clearly defined next actions in every interaction
  • Establish realistic onboarding and ramp timelines prior to closing, then shepherd new enrollments through initial stages to secure active participation
  • Apply AI tools for call preparation, customized outreach, and increased efficiency while maintaining context and precision
  • Create and distribute straightforward sales playbooks informed by actual win/loss data and performance metrics to drive more consistent team conversions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sending mass generic sequences or relying on scripts that avoid substantive questions
  • Finalizing sales without validating fit or without transparently describing what onboarding and early progression entail
  • Transferring a new enrollment and assuming someone else will address early confusion or churn warning signs
  • Operating in a low-accountability setting where you lack influence over process improvement or sales methodology

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who launch successfully, comprehend the onboarding process, and participate actively from the start.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven capability to conduct consultative sales discussions that establish clear expectations and result in a definitive yes/no outcome
  • Documented ownership of a pipeline or process with no missed follow-ups and rigorous CRM maintenance
  • Excellent written and spoken communication that remains personal, precise, and context-aware
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance sales execution quality and efficiency (beyond generating generic content)
  • Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, ambiguous setting while delivering measurable results
  • Availability for a full-time remote position, working mainly during US Central Time Zone hours (with some flexibility permitted)

Nice to have

  • Background selling education, tutoring, homeschool programs, or subscription services with complex buyer decision processes
  • History of creating practical sales playbooks or workflows that teammates readily implement
  • Proficiency using data to identify conversion trends across phases (discovery, follow-up, closing, early activation)
