Students progress approximately 2x faster in around 2 concentrated hours per day, with advancement tracked via benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and straightforward communication, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is to turn qualified leads into enrolled families and make certain their initial weeks begin with clarity, confidence, and active participation.

This is not a tightly scripted, transactional SDR position. You will control the entire conversion journey—from consultative exploration through contract signature to initial activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks the team relies on, including AI-powered workflows that enhance both quality and efficiency without diluting message personalization.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions that assess alignment, address concerns, and produce a definitive enroll-or-disqualify decision
  • Maintain ownership of your CRM pipeline through proactive outreach, rapid responses to incoming inquiries, and clearly defined next actions in every interaction
  • Establish precise onboarding and ramp timelines before finalizing enrollment, then shepherd new families through their first milestones to secure active involvement
  • Apply AI technologies to prepare for meetings, tailor messaging, and scale throughput while preserving context and precision
  • Develop and document streamlined sales playbooks informed by actual deal outcomes and performance metrics, enabling more reliable team-wide conversion

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sending high-volume, impersonal outreach sequences or relying on scripts that evade substantive questions
  • Finalizing enrollments without verifying fit or without articulating what the onboarding process and early experience will entail
  • Transferring a new enrollment to another team and assuming someone else will address early engagement issues or churn indicators
  • Operating in a rigid, low-autonomy setting where you lack the ability to refine processes or influence how the team approaches sales

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who launch successfully, grasp the onboarding sequence, and participate actively from the outset.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven capacity to facilitate consultative sales discussions that establish transparent expectations and produce a clear yes/no outcome
  • Documented ownership of a pipeline or process with zero lapsed follow-ups and rigorous CRM discipline
  • Excellent written and spoken communication that remains personalized, precise, and context-aware
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance sales quality and productivity (beyond simple text generation)
  • Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic, ambiguous setting while delivering quantifiable results
  • Availability for a full-time, remote position, working primarily during US Central Time Zone business hours (with some schedule flexibility)

Nice to have

  • Background selling education services, tutoring programs, homeschool solutions, or subscription offerings with a deliberate buyer decision process
  • History of creating practical sales playbooks or workflows that team members readily implement
  • Proficiency interpreting data to identify conversion trends across funnel stages (discovery, follow-up, close, early activation)
