Most families who enroll at Alpha do not discover us through advertising. They learn about us when a friend or colleague tells them at dinner: "This transformed my child." Your responsibility is to own and accelerate that word-of-mouth engine across an entire region—organizing the dinners, coordinating parent ambassadors, engaging the mayor's office, and connecting a CEO willing to offer a 14-year-old their first meaningful project.
In a typical week, you will be present in four different settings. You are responsible for designing and executing the region's event calendar, which includes gatherings ranging from 150-person open houses to intimate eight-seat dinners, running several each month. You will identify and activate current parents who are eager to speak with prospective families, then facilitate one-to-one matches. You cultivate relationships with municipal leaders and executives in business, converting those connections into event venues, support for new campus launches, and tangible opportunities for students. And you deliver the Alpha Networks promise: introductions, expert-led masterclasses, internships, alumni integration—all tracked and attributed family by family.
There is no complete playbook waiting for you. You create and refine the systems as you execute them, and the frameworks you develop are adopted by peers building similar engines in other markets. As your region scales, the performance bar rises rather than lowers: the number of doors opened per family must increase even as total enrollment grows. Success is measured by the proportion of growth driven by authentic personal endorsements, evaluated over multi-year trends rather than quarterly snapshots.
We do not require a specific degree or institutional background. Whether you hold an MBA, built a career in consulting or wealth management, or developed community and advancement experience independently, your credentials carry equal weight. What matters is a demonstrated ability to convene stakeholders and convert relationships into measurable outcomes.
This is an on-site position based in one of the following regions: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Greenwich, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dorado, Nashville, or Park City. The role includes regular evening and weekend commitments in settings with high-expectation parents, elected officials, and business founders, along with frequent local travel. You will become the most networked individual in your city, and you will deploy that capital on behalf of students. If that exchange sounds like purpose rather than sacrifice, we encourage you to apply.
Drive people-first referrals to become the dominant source of enrollment growth in your region.
