Families who enroll at Alpha seldom find us through an advertisement. They come because a friend shared their experience over coffee or at a neighborhood gathering, saying, "This transformed my child." You would lead this referral network across an entire region: orchestrating gatherings, cultivating parent ambassadors, building ties with civic leaders, and connecting CEOs with 14-year-olds embarking on meaningful projects.
In a typical week, you will be present in four distinct settings. You will design and execute the regional event calendar, ranging from 150-attendee open houses to intimate eight-person dinners, multiple times each month. You will identify current parents eager to share their stories and pair them thoughtfully with families considering Alpha. You will forge relationships with municipal officials and business leaders, converting those connections into event venues, support for new campus launches, and tangible opportunities for students. And you will manage the Alpha Networks: facilitating introductions, arranging expert masterclasses, placing students in internships, welcoming alumni, and documenting each interaction family by family.
No complete manual exists. You will create the playbook as you execute, and the frameworks you develop will be adopted by colleagues building similar systems in other markets. As your region expands, the performance bar rises: the number of doors opened per enrolled family must increase even as total enrollment grows. Success is measured by the proportion of growth driven by authentic personal endorsements, tracked across years rather than quarters.
No degree is required, and no specific institutional background is mandated. An MBA, a background in consulting or wealth management, and a proven record in community building, hospitality, or institutional advancement are all valued equally here. What matters is your demonstrated ability to convene people and convert those relationships into measurable outcomes.
This role is based on-site in one of the following markets: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Greenwich, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dorado, Nashville, or Park City. Anticipate evening and weekend commitments in settings filled with discerning parents, public officials, and entrepreneurs, along with frequent local travel. You will become the most networked individual in your city, and you will invest that capital in service of students. If that exchange represents purpose rather than sacrifice, submit your application.
Drive people-driven referrals to become the primary source of enrollment growth in your region.
