Texas Sports Academy operates on a model most institutions avoid: combining elite athletic training with accelerated academics without compromise. Families who discover us are already seeking an alternative. They simply need guidance to make the decision decisively.

You provide that guidance. You conduct consultative enrollment conversations — not drip campaigns. You identify the root of uncertainty, address it head-on, eliminate it, and secure the commitment. You manage 20+ active prospects in a structured CRM pipeline with defined stages and reliable close estimates. You evaluate your success by conversion rate, not volume of outreach. When a deal loses momentum, you disqualify it — a disciplined pipeline is a strategic asset, not a shortcoming.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting 1:1 consultative enrollment discussions with prospective families through calls, Zoom, and on-site meetings — identifying academic, athletic, and household decision factors before presenting any offer
  • Identifying and addressing objections during the conversation — regarding cost, model concerns, and alternative options — not in follow-up
  • Requesting the enrollment decision and completing the close — the interaction concludes with payment, not just interest
  • Managing an active pipeline of 20+ prospects from start to finish — updating stage and close likelihood in CRM, executing timely and tailored follow-up after each touchpoint, and proactively removing stalled opportunities instead of allowing them to linger

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handing off the close to a senior admissions leader or school leadership — you control the conversation from initial inquiry to enrollment completion
  • Relying on a scripted objection manual — every family's concern is unique and you'll address it in the moment
  • Allowing families to delay without urgency — you establish the pace toward a definitive decision

Key responsibilities

Generate steady enrollment growth for Texas Sports Academy by converting qualified prospective families into confirmed enrollments through structured consultative sales.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5+ sales or enrollment conversation where you were personally responsible for the final ask
  • Experience managing 10+ concurrent prospects in a defined pipeline
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline stages, log interactions, and track close probability
  • Experience handling a live prospect objection on price, skepticism, or alternatives
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX; this is an on-site role
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Background in K–12 private school admissions, tutoring center enrollment, or learning center sales where a parent is the primary decision-maker and the product requires explanation
  • Experience selling a non-traditional education model (micro school, competency-based learning, hybrid or accelerated academics) to skeptical families
  • Demonstrated pipeline discipline — can show conversion rate improvement over a defined period, with data on how deals were tracked, prioritized, and closed
