You will not be reviewing outdated budgets or depending on business intelligence teams. Instead, you will create the models, dashboards, and frameworks that deliver the clarity operators and leadership require to act with confidence—every day. Your contributions will influence everything from new school openings to strategic realignments, and they must be rapid, precise, and reliable.
You will be responsible for a live, AI-enhanced finance infrastructure. This includes unified P&L models across each school and business unit. Rolling forecasts spanning 12 to 18 months that remain current within 72 hours. Dashboards designed to highlight the two or three variables that truly drive outcomes. You will leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to speed up your analysis and remove friction. You are not constructing systems from the ground up—you are applying available tools to complete work more efficiently.
This role is not suited for operations managers who favor established hierarchies. It is intended for finance professionals dissatisfied with red tape and sluggish workflows. You apply AI tools to increase your velocity and expect your models to inform execution, not merely document history. You will not wait on the periphery for approval. You will be central to how we advance.
