You will take ownership of a student cohort and deliver three measurable results: students are engaged and enthusiastic, they progress at double the speed of conventional classrooms, and they develop essential life competencies. Coaching other Guides begins on day one. As your results compound, your authority over program quality across the campus expands.

What you will be doing
- Facilitating hour-long interactive workshops on essential skills (presentation ability, focus, feedback exchange) for students in grades K-8, adhering to Alpha's structured playbook
- Conducting motivational sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha's reward mechanisms (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% student goal fulfillment
- Developing Guides through coaching focused on program adherence and standards enforcement, ensuring each session yields concrete next-step actions
- Managing your assigned student cohort while simultaneously building capacity in other Guides
- Monitoring student engagement metrics, goal achievement rates, and Guide performance indicators
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or providing subject-matter tutoring. App-based learning handles all academics.
- Creating original curriculum or developing lesson materials. Alpha's playbook serves as your operational framework, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and relationship-building.
- Accepting 99% as sufficient when 100% is the standard. Maintaining high expectations demonstrates your belief in each student's capability.
- Training Guides on pedagogical methods. Since Guides do not teach content, your coaching centers on presence, motivation, and accountability systems.

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development (L&D), coaching, or comparable field
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing educational programs, training systems, or instructional curricula
- Proven experience in team leadership, including talent acquisition and performance-based personnel decisions
- Direct experience supporting youth populations aged 5-14 within educational or developmental contexts
- Track record using data analytics and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive ongoing improvement
- Available for full-time on-site work at an Alpha campus in Atlanta, GA or Keller (Fort Worth), TX
- Authorized to work legally in the United States
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Experience in competitive athletics coaching, residential camp leadership, or youth achievement programs with measurable outcomes and enforced performance standards
- Proven ability engaging and motivating large student groups
