Enrollment Director   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Most enrollment positions focus on driving numbers. This role is designed to uphold standards.

At 2 Hour Learning, we serve families who demand accuracy, confidentiality, and evidence. We condense an entire school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are freed for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But it depends entirely on finding the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with the initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role where work gets passed along. You own how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decisions are made for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is mutual alignment.

We welcome applicants from high-end service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership communities, or business owners who have directly overseen high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detail-oriented, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and reliability.

If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and client experience define the brand, this position will feel natural—just applied to work that genuinely transforms outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site role. We are hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the complete enrollment process for prospective families, from initial outreach through final onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess compatibility before proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships at various stages of enrollment, with transparent tracking of progress and follow-up actions.
  • Guiding campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-making discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive sales strategies.
  • Admitting families who do not align with the model simply to meet targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Handing off responsibility for the family journey to other departments.
  • Operating remotely. This role requires on-campus presence.

Key responsibilities

Own and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that attracts the right families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where quality of service directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a full client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial inquiry through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts concurrently across different stages, using a structured system for tracking and prioritization.
  • Ability to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your own product or service based on fit.
  • Professional written communication experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning clientele.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or enrollment for selective programs.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level administrative roles.
  • Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Comfort leveraging data and CRM tools to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
