What you will be doing
- Crafting and perfecting folder structures, naming systems, and data validation protocols for instant retrieval of records.
- Ensuring student information is up-to-date and error-free across our Student Information System, spreadsheets, and cloud storage by independently resolving issues as they arise.
- Overseeing enrollment and withdrawal documentation, filling in data gaps, and ensuring records meet compliance standards.
- Monitoring data related to immunizations, meal programs, and accommodations—submitting precise reports on time and identifying potential risks in advance.
- Developing simple automations or templates to reduce repetitive tasks and keep files flawless even during high-demand periods.
What you will NOT be doing
- Handling walk-ins or constant phone calls; this role is focused and behind-the-scenes.
- Creating policies or managing complex cases; your expertise lies in consistent and precise execution.
- Sorting paper in a dusty file cabinet; all records are maintained digitally.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily processes for student records and the systems supporting them, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of information to stakeholders.
Candidate requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail.
