Learning Experience Facilitator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence in Arizona.

Licensed educators ready to move beyond classroom management and into life-changing mentorship—this is your opportunity.

Imagine a role where lesson plans, lectures, and grading are no longer your focus, replaced entirely by guiding students toward confidence and capability.

Unbound Academy reimagines education from the ground up. This hybrid position supports a tuition-free Arizona virtual charter school that swaps traditional worksheets for experiential learning and centers personal development. Core academics are completed independently by students in two daily hours using AI-driven platforms. The remainder of their schedule is dedicated to skill-building through facilitated workshops, individualized coaching, and exploratory projects.

You will not be delivering scripted content or monitoring a virtual classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to think critically, create boldly, collaborate meaningfully, and evolve personally. Your work will involve mentoring through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness initiatives, and problem-solving—all while cultivating independence, self-assurance, and executive capabilities.

This opportunity is not suited for educators attempting to transfer traditional schooling into a Zoom format. It is designed for licensed teachers prepared to relocate to Arizona, operate in a hybrid structure, and support learners in ways that genuinely equip them for the future. If you've outgrown classroom busywork and are ready for the most impactful work of your teaching career, continue reading.

  • Partnering with peer educators to design and refine project-based learning frameworks

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing core academic content; adaptive AI tutoring systems manage those subjects
  • Presenting scripted lectures or maintaining traditional classroom structures
  • Evaluating worksheets, assigning homework, or developing standardized lesson plans
