Meeting young readers where they are—inside gaming culture—may be the breakthrough approach to early literacy, where concepts like leveling up, persistence, and skill mastery already feel intuitive.

In this role, you will guide small-group reading workshops at a school designed for young gamers, combining phonics instruction, adaptive literacy technology, and personalized coaching to help K-2 students develop the same passion for reading that they already have for games.

Austin provides live music, mild winters, scenic hill country, and a dynamic education innovation community you'll be part of.
