If you have moved beyond traditional education and refuse to compromise standards for comfort, this opportunity will resonate. You will guide children and adults toward high-impact outcomes using data and precise benchmarks rather than conventional lectures and curriculum.
Alpha School is constructing an AI-enabled education model in which students complete core academic mastery in two hours daily, dedicating their afternoons to developing practical, real-world capabilities. Our commitment is straightforward and exacting: students find joy in learning, progress at twice the rate of their peers, and develop essential life competencies. This position ensures that commitment becomes reality for every K–8 student at our Dorado location.
You will remain operationally engaged. You will deliver one-hour life skills workshops, facilitate structured motivation sessions that propel students forward in digital academic platforms, and provide Guides with targeted feedback and actionable improvement steps. This is neither a conventional teaching position nor a passive managerial assignment. You will own outcomes, adherence to established protocols, and unwavering quality standards.
If you are prepared to lead by example and establish a campus culture founded on earned achievement, submit your application and demonstrate how you implement rigorous standards without compromise.
Ensure that every K–8 student at Alpha's Dorado campus reliably experiences Alpha's 3 Promises: they love school, learn 2× faster, and build life skills.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
