Director of Client Enrollment   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Most enrollment positions prioritize throughput. This one is designed to uphold selectivity.

2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand rigor, confidentiality, and evidence. Our AI-driven, mastery-based model condenses a traditional school day into two concentrated hours. Students routinely progress beyond national learning standards, with measurable results to validate it. Afternoons remain open for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The approach is effective—but only when matched with compatible families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a single campus, beginning with the initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a transitional or segmented role. You are accountable for how families engage with us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision stems from genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not volume maximization. The objective is mutual fit.

We welcome applicants with backgrounds in high-caliber service delivery outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, luxury hospitality, executive client management, premium membership services, or entrepreneurial roles involving direct oversight of high-stakes client relationships. What we value is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, consultative process with discernment, transparency, and consistency.

If your career has centered on white-glove service where reputation, discretion, and experience quality are non-negotiable, this position will resonate—applied now to a context that genuinely transforms student outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the complete enrollment cycle for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and extending through onboarding completion.
  • Facilitating needs-driven conversations to evaluate alignment prior to proposing solutions or outlining subsequent steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying enrollment stages, with structured tracking of progress and follow-up protocols.
  • Guiding campus visits, shadow day experiences, and enrollment discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles with precision.
  • Ensuring CRM accuracy and enrollment documentation integrity (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Employing transactional or coercive enrollment strategies.
  • Accepting families who lack alignment in order to meet numerical targets.
  • Supervising a large staff or operating within complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing responsibility for the family journey across multiple team members.
  • Performing work remotely. This role requires consistent campus presence.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls compatible families while safeguarding the operational standards and educational outcomes of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, tailored service in settings where experience quality directly shapes brand perception (including education, luxury hospitality, executive-level support, premium membership organizations, or owner-managed client services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial inquiry to onboarding conclusion.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships across different process stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization framework.
  • Ability to provide specific examples of consultative engagement, including instances where you advised against your own product or service due to misalignment.
  • Professional-level written communication skills with senior leaders, high-net-worth clientele, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these regions: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment processes.
  • Professional history in luxury hospitality environments, VIP client services, or executive-level support capacities.
  • Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service delivery frameworks.
  • Proficiency leveraging CRM data and analytics to enhance enrollment alignment and decision quality, not merely speed.
