Enrollment Operations Director   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Most enrollment positions prioritize volume. This position prioritizes standards.

2 Hour Learning partners with families who demand precision, discretion, and verifiable results. We condense a traditional full-day curriculum into two highly focused hours through AI-enabled, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, with measurable data to support it. The remainder of the day is freed for depth work, independent exploration, and practical skill development. Our model is effective. But its success depends entirely on enrolling the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a coordination role. You own how families perceive us, how accurately they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decisions are grounded in the right motivations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure alignment.

We welcome candidates with premium client service experience from sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, exclusive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, high-end membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have personally overseen high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to manage a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent execution.

If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality are the foundation of the brand, this role will be a natural fit—just directed toward something that genuinely transforms outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the complete enrollment lifecycle for prospective families, from initial outreach through successful onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before proposing solutions or outlining next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various stages of the enrollment funnel, with full transparency into status and required follow-up actions.
  • Hosting campus tours, student shadow days, and enrollment decision meetings that articulate expected outcomes, responsibilities, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Updating and maintaining CRM and student information systems (HubSpot and SIS) to enable accurate forecasting, workflow prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Deploying transactional or high-pressure sales methods.
  • Accepting families who are poorly matched in order to meet enrollment quotas.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Handing off family relationship ownership across multiple departments or personnel.
  • Performing this work remotely. This is an on-campus role by necessity.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that successfully converts aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated client services).
  • Proven ownership of a full-cycle client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through final onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization framework.
  • Ability to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your own product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional written communication experience with C-level executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or enrollment for selective programs.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
  • Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service delivery standards.
  • Proficiency using CRM data and analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely conversion speed.
