Trilogy manages a diverse portfolio of SaaS enterprises, each presenting distinct architectures, customer bases, and operational demands. Rather than viewing SaaS Ops as an overhead expense, we position it as a strategic differentiator. We are constructing an elite, AI-enhanced SaaS Ops organization engineered to deliver maximum availability, operational efficiency, and cloud cost optimization across multiple product lines. This position is not a traditional corporate IT or infrastructure oversight role. What you will be doing

  • Architect and deploy best-in-class SaaS Ops methodologies grounded in specialized expertise and decisive perspectives on operational excellence
  • Drive critical decisions regarding operational standards, AI infrastructure, and workflow architecture to guarantee reliability, security, and cost efficiency throughout the portfolio
  • Develop and refine an integration framework for assimilating newly acquired SaaS products into a unified SaaS Ops organization without introducing operational overhead
  • Optimize deployment of AI-powered platforms for automation, cost management, and operational performance

What you will NOT be doing

  • Supervising the repetitive manual work characteristic of legacy SaaS Ops; your mandate will be automation and AI-powered transformation
  • Operating a single-product environment; you'll be navigating operational complexity across hundreds of products within our SaaS portfolio
  • Accepting conventional approaches; you'll be tasked with revolutionizing operations through AI technology adoption

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-performance, AI-driven SaaS Ops organization that maintains outstanding reliability, cost optimization, and frictionless operations for an expanding portfolio of acquired SaaS enterprises

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience managing and owning SaaS Ops supporting enterprise customers
  • Experience owning SaaS Ops and leading major cloud migrations at an SME with enterprise customers
  • Experience applying AI and automation technologies to SaaS operations
  • Advanced AWS and DevOps skills (including Docker and Kubernetes)
