🏋🏼♂️ Every Olympian, regardless of natural talent, has to train for years. Because nobody is great at everything, and to be among the best means you have to want it the most. The one thing every winner has in common…is grit.

🥞 They eat comfort zones for breakfast! And that is why they succeed.
I met up with a remarkable woman in Pakistan who didn’t give up in the face of hardship.
She started applying for positions at Crossover in 2020 and was hired in 2023. Because of her stubborn determination to land a position with us, she never gave up.
Even when others were hired instead of her. Even when it seemed like she’d never be one of the women who inspired her at Crossover. She had a goal, and she pursued it with the kind of relentless drive we love around here.
If anyone knows about grit and self-reliance, it’s Aliza.
