2 Hour Learning is scaling a new model for K-12 powered by AI-driven personalized learning. As new campuses launch on a steady cadence, the difference between “ready” and “not ready” is often basic operational execution: the right devices, provisioned and enrolled; the right SaaS licenses, active and assigned; the right comms tools, configured and tested.
In this role, you will run device procurement across Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo; administer MDM (mobile device management) and provisioning workflows; manage SaaS accounts and renewals across 14+ platforms; and execute the campus technology onboarding playbook (including Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms). You will document what works, tighten the SOPs, and use AI tools to automate the repeatable work.

What you will be doing
- Run end-to-end device procurement across Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo, tracking lead times and delivery so campuses get what they need before launch dates
- Provision, image, enroll, and lifecycle-manage student and staff devices through an MDM platform, keeping asset records accurate across campuses
- Administer SaaS accounts, permissions, and licenses across 14+ platforms, staying ahead of utilization limits and renewal dates to prevent access gaps
- Execute the new-campus technology onboarding playbook, staging devices, provisioning systems, and configuring Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms before day one
- Write and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and launch checklists, improving them each time you onboard a campus and automating repeatable steps with AI tools
What you will NOT be doing
- Spending your week as a queue-based helpdesk agent whose success is measured by ticket volume
- Designing long-range IT architecture or debating strategy while launches slip
- Running ad-hoc purchasing without inventory visibility, vendor coordination, or documented specs
- Waiting for someone else to document the process (you will make launches repeatable, not dependent on memory)
Key responsibilities
This role exists so that every campus opens and operates on schedule because devices, SaaS access, and launch technology systems are fully provisioned and working before day one.
Candidate requirements
- Currently located in the United States and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Willing and able to travel periodically to US campuses
- Experience administering an MDM (mobile device management) platform such as ManageEngine, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting end-user devices (laptops or tablets), including provisioning/imaging and troubleshooting
- Experience administering SaaS platforms, including account provisioning, permissions management, and license management
- Experience coordinating hardware procurement and delivery logistics and/or running asset tracking workflows
- Evidence of creating or maintaining operational documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, or playbooks
-Demonstrated use of AI tools to troubleshoot technical problems or automate repetitive operational workflows
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a distributed, multi-site environment where inventory, spares, and repairs must be managed across locations
- Strong track record of building simple automations that reduce manual provisioning and reporting work
- Experience configuring or administering communication tools such as Google Voice, Zoom Phone, or Zoom Rooms
