This position is for someone who is energized by outreach, consistent with follow-up, and confident explaining a new approach to learning without relying on scripts. If you avoid phone conversations or prefer roles without clear performance metrics, this will not be the right fit.
Unbound Academy is a virtual, tuition-free public charter school serving students with a different model. Students complete core academics in a focused block of time using AI-supported learning, then spend the rest of their day developing real-world skills through projects and enrichment. Your role is to be the first meaningful point of contact for families exploring this option.
Each week, you will respond quickly to new inquiries, guide families through the admissions process, and move them from initial interest to enrollment. You will also represent Unbound Academy at local events to generate new leads and build awareness in your community. When enrollment cycles slow, you will contribute to school operations while staying ready for the next intake.
