The most meaningful support you can offer a student who achieved 99% is to insist they reach 100%.

At Alpha, this principle is non-negotiable. It defines how we operate daily. Students complete academic work through self-paced digital platforms rather than traditional teacher-led instruction. This structure allows you to focus on what genuinely transforms outcomes: facilitating dynamic workshops on public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback. You will use live analytics to drive students toward every learning milestone. You will also develop the Guides on your team. Your toolkit includes performance data, a tested operational framework, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.

A typical morning may begin with a one-on-one Guide coaching session, where you analyze Coachbot data and pinpoint areas where a cohort is underperforming. By midday, you are facilitating a student workshop, executing a structured activity on feedback exchange. Afternoons are dedicated to individualized motivation work: engaging with students one-on-one, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and leveraging Alpha's reward architecture (campus currency, performance rankings) to re-engage a reluctant seventh grader. You directly manage a cohort yourself, ensuring you remain proficient in the competencies you are training others to master.

You are measured on three deliverables: students demonstrate enthusiasm for school, they progress at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they acquire meaningful life competencies. Guide coaching begins immediately. As you scale measurable results, your authority over campus-wide programmatic standards expands.

Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating sixty-minute live workshops on essential skills (public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange) for students in grades K-8, adhering to Alpha's structured playbook
  • Conducting individualized motivation sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha's reward mechanisms (campus currency, performance rankings) to achieve 100% student goal attainment
  • Developing Guides through coaching on program adherence and standards enforcement, ensuring each session yields concrete action steps for improvement
  • Managing your own student cohort while simultaneously advancing the capabilities of other Guides
  • Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal attainment rates, and Guide performance indicators

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching or tutoring academic content to students. Academic learning occurs through digital applications.
  • Creating curriculum or lesson plans. Alpha's playbook serves as your operational framework, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and engagement.
  • Accepting 99% when the standard is 100%. Maintaining rigor demonstrates your confidence in their capability.
  • Coaching Guides on instructional methods. Guides do not teach traditional content, so your coaching centers on energy, motivation, and accountability practices.

Key responsibilities

Fulfill Alpha's 3 Promises for every student at your grade level: they demonstrate enthusiasm for school, they progress at twice the speed of traditional classroom models, and they develop meaningful life competencies.
