Leadership Coach   $150,000 USD/year

Description

  • On-site position based in Atlanta, GA or Keller (Fort Worth), TX
  • $150,000 annual salary, distributed weekly. Health benefits begin day one
  • Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

The best way to serve a student who reaches 99% is to insist they can reach 100%.

At Alpha, this principle isn't up for discussion—it's embedded in daily operations. Academic content is delivered through self-paced digital platforms, not traditional instruction. This structure allows you to concentrate on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating dynamic sessions on public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback. You'll leverage live analytics to drive students toward complete goal attainment. You'll guide the team of Guides supporting your cohort. Your resources include performance data, a structured operational framework, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.

You will take ownership of a student cohort and be measured against three commitments: students are engaged and enthusiastic, they progress at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they develop practical competencies. Coaching other Guides begins immediately. As you demonstrate scalable impact, your authority over program quality across the campus expands.

Atlanta: Culturally vibrant metropolitan area offering moderate weather and cost of living that outpaces coastal cities.
Fort Worth: Zero state income tax, highly rated school systems, and a family-oriented community with thriving culinary and cultural offerings.

Maintain the standard. Transform the learner. Submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating structured one-hour life skills sessions (public speaking, focus, feedback exchange) for students in grades K-8, adhering to Alpha's established playbook
  • Conducting motivational interventions using Coachbot data and Alpha's reward architecture (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% goal attainment across your cohort
  • Developing Guides through targeted coaching on program adherence and standard maintenance, ensuring every interaction yields concrete next steps
  • Managing your assigned student cohort while simultaneously advancing Guide capabilities
  • Monitoring student engagement metrics, objective completion percentages, and Guide effectiveness indicators

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction or providing subject-based tutoring. App-based learning handles content delivery.
  • Creating original curriculum or instructional materials. Alpha's playbook serves as your operational blueprint, allowing you to prioritize execution and relationship-building.
  • Accepting 99% as sufficient when 100% is achievable. Upholding expectations demonstrates your confidence in student potential.
  • Training Guides on pedagogical methods. Since Guides don't teach content, your coaching targets motivation, energy management, and accountability frameworks.

Key responsibilities

Execute Alpha's 3 Promises for every student within your assigned level: students are passionate about attending school, they advance academically at twice the speed of traditional models, and they acquire tangible life competencies.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
