The most meaningful way to support a student who achieves 99% is to expect 100%.

At Alpha, that principle shapes daily operations. Academic learning happens through self-paced applications, not instructor-led lessons. This structure allows you to focus on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating high-impact workshops on public speaking, concentration, and feedback culture. You'll use live analytics to drive students toward goal completion. You'll develop the Guides on your team. Your resources include performance data, a structured methodology, and the executive presence that keeps middle schoolers engaged rather than disengaged.

A typical morning may begin with individual coaching for a Guide, analyzing Coachbot data to pinpoint where a group is underperforming. By midday you're facilitating a student workshop, executing a structured activity on feedback exchange. Afternoons involve targeted motivation work: one-on-one conversations with students, understanding their intrinsic drivers, and applying Alpha's systems (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to re-engage a reluctant seventh grader. Because you directly manage a cohort, you maintain proficiency in the same competencies you're coaching.

You are accountable for three measurable promises: students love school, they progress at double the rate of traditional classrooms, and they develop essential life competencies. You will coach other Guides immediately. As you scale results, your authority over campus program quality expands.

Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Apply today.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating one-hour workshops on life competencies (public speaking, focus, feedback exchange) for K-8 students, executing Alpha's structured playbook
  • Conducting targeted motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive architecture (campus currency, leaderboards) to ensure 100% student goal attainment
  • Developing Guides on program integrity and standards accountability, with each session yielding specific improvement actions
  • Managing your own student cohort while simultaneously coaching other Guides
  • Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance data

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction or tutoring. Academic content is mastered through applications.
  • Creating curriculum or lesson plans. Alpha's playbook functions as your operational framework, allowing you to prioritize execution and relationship-building.
  • Accepting 99% when the standard is 100%. Maintaining expectations demonstrates your belief in student capability.
  • Coaching Guides on instructional methods. Since Guides don't teach, you'll develop their energy, motivation strategies, and accountability practices instead.

Key responsibilities

Fulfill Alpha's 3 Promises for every student at your level: they love school, they learn at twice the pace of traditional classrooms, and they acquire real life skills.
