You will engage directly with high school students as they launch businesses, manage projects, and cultivate the confidence, communication skills, and competence necessary for success beyond the classroom. You are not here to deliver theory. You are here to facilitate execution. You will establish rigorous standards, maintain accountability, and challenge students to generate work that meets real-world benchmarks.
This position suits individuals who have accomplished something significant outside academic settings—whether building a product, cultivating an audience, operating within a startup, or producing results in dynamic environments—and wish to leverage that background to develop emerging talent.
