Vice President of Strategic Partnerships   $400,000 USD/year

Description

Ready to be the driving force behind an educational revolution? We're seeking a masterful relationship architect who can turn skepticism into unwavering support for the future of learning.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just tweaking the educational system - we're completely reimagining it. Our AI-powered approach condenses traditional 6-hour school days into 2 hours of intensive, personalized learning. But here's the challenge: we need someone exceptional to help parents take this bold leap with us.

You're the rare individual who sees resistance as an opportunity to showcase excellence. When you speak, boardrooms fall silent. When you present, skeptics become believers. When challenges arise, you transform them into victories that strengthen our mission.

Your superpower? Converting sophisticated doubters into passionate advocates. You understand that every concerned parent is a potential champion waiting to be activated. Your presence commands respect, your words inspire confidence, and your strategic thinking turns individual successes into movement-building moments.

What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves:

  • Orchestrating powerful presentations that transform educated skeptics into our most vocal supporters
  • Architecting and nurturing a network of parent influencers who amplify our vision
  • Engineering scalable advocacy systems that convert individual success stories into compelling movement catalysts
  • Developing sophisticated early-warning systems to detect and redirect parent concerns into advocacy wins
  • Masterfully managing media relations and crafting compelling public narratives
  • Identifying and maximizing strategic opportunities to demonstrate our revolutionary impact

What you will NOT be doing

Let's be clear about what this role isn't:

  • Managing conventional school-parent relationships or organizing standard PTAs
  • Coordinating social gatherings without strategic advocacy potential
  • Compromising our educational philosophy to appease influential voices
  • Taking a reactive stance instead of proactively shaping conversations

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to architect and scale a powerful parent advocacy engine that amplifies our educational revolution while maintaining our unwavering commitment to excellence. You'll transform individual parent champions into a coordinated force for educational change across all our campuses.

Candidate requirements

  • Austin, TX-based position (relocation required if not local)
  • Proven 7+ year track record of converting influential skeptics into advocates in roles such as Customer Advocacy Leadership, Communications Executive, Development Officer, Enterprise Sales Leadership, or Change Management
  • Magnetic executive presence with a demonstrated ability to captivate sophisticated audiences
  • Battle-tested experience in high-stakes communication scenarios
  • Proven expertise in building and scaling advocacy movements
  • Demonstrated backbone in maintaining organizational integrity while managing powerful stakeholders
  • Passionate belief in the power of educational innovation

This is your chance to be at the forefront of the most significant revolution in education since the traditional classroom was conceived.

Work examples

Imagine these scenarios that illustrate the impact you'll have:

  • Converting a skeptical CEO parent into a passionate ambassador who hosts influence-multiplying dinner parties to champion our vision

  • Building a self-sustaining network of parent advocates who independently drive our message across communities
  • Creating systematic approaches that turn every parent interaction into an opportunity to strengthen belief in our revolutionary model
