What you will be doing
- Mentoring and inspiring students through consistent, peer-level daily interaction
- Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI systems to enable individualized learning progression
- Facilitating targeted small-group sessions on leadership development, life competencies, and practical success frameworks
- Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized development planning
- Advancing Alpha's educational model through ongoing contribution of data-driven insights and innovative concepts
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering traditional subject instruction - our technology platforms handle core academics

Candidate requirements
- Availability to work onsite at one of these locations: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Documented history of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
