  • $120,000 annual salary, disbursed weekly. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage begins day one

What you will be doing

  • Mentoring and inspiring students through consistent, peer-level daily interaction
  • Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI systems to enable individualized learning progression
  • Facilitating targeted small-group sessions on leadership development, life competencies, and practical success frameworks
  • Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized development planning
  • Advancing Alpha's educational model through ongoing contribution of data-driven insights and innovative concepts

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering traditional subject instruction - our technology platforms handle core academics

Creating an environment where young students develop enthusiasm for learning while achieving 2x acceleration through AI-powered education

Candidate requirements

  • Availability to work onsite at one of these locations: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Documented history of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
  • 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
  • Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
  • Current legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
