What you will be doing
- Engaging directly with students each day through motivational mentorship at a peer-to-peer level
- Leveraging adaptive technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression
- Facilitating small-group sessions that build life skills, leadership capabilities, and practical success frameworks
- Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via tailored development plans
- Providing feedback, data, and innovative thinking to continuously refine Alpha's educational approach

- Delivering instruction in core academic subjects—our applications handle that

Candidate requirements
- Able to work on-site at one of the following locations: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- Verifiable track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
- Excellent verbal communication and public presentation abilities
- Current U.S. work authorization without need for employer sponsorship
