What you will be doing
- Mentoring and motivating students through consistent, peer-level daily interaction
- Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to personalize each student's educational pace
- Facilitating small-group sessions centered on leadership, life skills, and strategies for real-world achievement
- Supporting students in identifying their unique strengths and expanding their aspirations via customized development planning
- Providing data, feedback, and innovative ideas to continuously refine Alpha's educational model

- Delivering instruction in core academic subjects—our technology handles that

Candidate requirements
- Availability to work onsite at one of the following locations: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or teaching role
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
