Traditional schools force high-potential students into one-size-fits-all classrooms designed for the middle of the bell curve.

Alpha takes a different approach: we enable student-driven learning that accelerates at the pace of each individual's capability, not the limitations of standardized curriculum.

You won't be lecturing to 30 students or adhering to district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll mentor small cohorts of driven learners eager to accelerate their progress, explore subjects more deeply, and take ownership of their educational journey. If your achievements came through non-traditional routes (such as competitive performance, athletic excellence, business ventures, or creative disciplines) and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, this position leverages your background for their benefit.

Teaching credentials are not necessary. Exceptional performance is.

Develop talent. Shape trajectories. Apply today.

  • Providing feedback, insights, and innovative ideas to advance Alpha's evolving educational approach
