LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at our Miami campus.

Yet you're more than someone who connects well with people—you're also the individual who identifies when systems fail, secures the right service provider, and resolves the issue. At Alpha, you'll spearhead family enrollment efforts and maintain a safe, efficiently functioning school environment. You'll shepherd the admissions process from initial contact through completed documentation, supporting families with personalized, empathetic outreach. You'll also supervise daily safety protocols and facility operations, relying on data and records to maintain precision, efficiency, and readiness for audits.

What you will be doing
- Conducting personalized family engagements that highlight Alpha's educational model and influence enrollment outcomes
- Overseeing the complete admissions funnel with prompt, deliberate, and strategic outreach
- Reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating corrective actions with staff
- Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
- Leveraging documentation and continuous feedback to refine operational processes
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending drawn-out meetings lacking clear outcomes or accountable decision-makers
- Reciting a standard pitch. Each family interaction is customized, genuine, and considerate
- Micromanaging vendors or pursuing documentation that should have been properly recorded initially
- Waiting for others to identify issues. You'll be the one recognizing and resolving them
Key responsibilities
Take full ownership of both the admissions process and campus operations to grow student enrollment and sustain a secure, efficiently managed environment that supports exceptional teaching and learning.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and independent drive
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
- Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
- Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
- A reputation for being "the most responsive person in the room"
