REQUIRED: Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate and Arizona Residency.
What if your expertise in Special Education could go beyond meeting compliance standards—and truly help transform education?
Unbound Academy has reimagined education entirely. We are the first tuition-free virtual charter school where students complete their academic mastery in just two hours daily through adaptive AI—leaving their afternoons open for immersive, experiential learning. Our Guides don't stand at the front of a classroom. Instead, they mentor, motivate, and facilitate interactive workshops covering storytelling, entrepreneurship, design, wellness, and beyond. We're now seeking a Special Education professional capable of both: guiding students toward independence and real-world readiness while managing our IEP program with expert precision.
This position is designed for the SPED educator who has comprehensive experience. You've managed your own classroom—and you've also been the one drafting, revising, and overseeing IEPs in the background. You understand how to maintain compliance while keeping student needs front and center. You are Arizona-based and hold full certification. Above all, you're motivated by the opportunity to engage in work that truly matters—not administrative busywork—within a school designed to prepare students for the real world.
If you're ready to leave behind the bureaucracy and reimagine SPED, this is your opportunity to create something exceptional.
Oversee the creation, implementation, and compliance of all IEPs while guiding students through meaningful, life-skill-focused virtual learning experiences.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
