LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campus locations.
Many schools hide operations behind closed doors, approval chains, and scheduled meetings. Alpha takes a different approach. This role places you front and center throughout the day: welcoming families, resolving device problems, managing arrival logistics, reassuring concerned parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the campus environment feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha.
We're looking for someone who can be approachable without losing authority, systematized without relying solely on protocols, and self-assured without distancing themselves from hands-on work. You'll be accountable for nearly all non-instructional operations: family communications, attendance management, campus security, facility oversight, meal coordination, technology support, event execution, and the minor issues that escalate quickly without prompt intervention.
You won't be supported by a large on-site operations staff. You'll have access to documentation, remote assistance, and established protocols, but you must demonstrate the ability to absorb information quickly, leverage available resources, and exercise sound judgment independently. The long-term benefit is establishing yourself as the dependable presence families trust, guides turn to, and students approach when problems require resolution.
If you're seeking a frontline school operations position where professionalism, discretion, communication, and accountability are exercised daily, submit your application now.
Deliver a secure, efficient, and inviting campus environment that consistently earns the confidence of students, parents, and staff.
