LOCATION NOTE: This position requires in-person work at one of our campus locations.
Most schools hide operational functions behind closed doors, endless meetings, and bureaucratic layers. Alpha takes a different approach. This role puts you at the center of campus life each day: welcoming families, resolving device problems, managing arrival logistics, supporting anxious parents, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the campus embodies safety, professionalism, and Alpha's identity.
We need someone who can balance warmth with firmness, maintain organization without becoming process-bound, and demonstrate confidence while staying grounded in the work. You will manage nearly every non-instructional function: family communication, attendance systems, campus security, facilities oversight, meal coordination, technology devices, event execution, and the minor issues that escalate quickly without decisive action.
You will not operate within a large on-site team. You will receive playbooks, remote assistance, and established standards, but success requires rapid learning, resourcefulness, and sound real-time decision-making. The payoff is becoming the reliable presence that families trust, guides depend on, and students approach when they need help.
If you are seeking a front-facing school operations position where service quality, sound judgment, clear communication, and personal accountability define daily success, submit your application now.
Deliver a secure, efficient, and inviting campus environment that builds daily trust with students, parents, and staff.
Experience in K-12 school operations, student information systems, facilities coordination, parent communication, or campus-based customer service
