Youth Success Coach   $60,000 USD/year

Description

You've already proven yourself—whether in athletics, performance, or professional settings. Now you're prepared to channel that achievement into something meaningful. At Alpha Anywhere, you'll mentor students toward an ambitious outcome: embracing their education, accelerating their learning, and developing into self-assured, independent thinkers. And you'll do it all remotely, from any location.

Alpha Anywhere represents the digital transformation of Alpha's innovative educational framework. We combine AI-driven curriculum with two weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions to provide what traditional classrooms cannot: tailored mastery, accelerated progress, and sustained engagement. This isn't tutoring. This isn't conventional teaching. This is performance-focused mentorship for students prepared to learn at twice the speed—and who need guidance to reach that capacity.

You'll partner with students in grades 3–8 worldwide to generate concrete academic progress through behavioral and mental frameworks, not direct instruction. Your mission is to maintain high standards, cultivate self-belief, and transform school into a winning experience. Each session you facilitate has weight. Each insight you unlock creates lasting change. If impact is what you seek, this is your opportunity.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitating two weekly 1:1 remote mentorship sessions per student, centered on academic planning, engagement, and mental frameworks
  • Hosting open "office hours" where students join for immediate guidance, motivation, or problem-solving
  • Leveraging AI platforms and progress dashboards to monitor student development, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your mentorship tactics
  • Documenting observations, alerts, and tactical updates to keep each student advancing rapidly
  • Partnering with your team to exchange methods, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

What you will NOT be doing

  • Instructing lessons, evaluating assessments, or distributing homework—our technology manages the academics
  • Presenting lectures or adhering to a fixed syllabus
  • Supervising or overseeing unengaged students—we mentor, not monitor
  • Attending redundant meetings or navigating red tape
  • Operating at low intensity—this team is designed for individuals committed to high-level execution and meaningful outcomes

Key responsibilities

Generate concrete academic advancement and sustained engagement for remote students by providing frequent, high-value mindset mentorship within a fully virtual, technology-enabled framework.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
  • Demonstrated high performance in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
  • Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
  • Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
  • Able to work at least 70% of hours between 7am–10pm EST, Monday to Friday, to align with U.S. time zones

Nice to have

  • Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
  • Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
