Campus Coordinator   $75,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at our Chantilly, VA campus.

You are the individual who ensures everything functions seamlessly. A well-run campus means students feel secure, staff remain productive, and parents maintain confidence in the institution. This outcome is not incidental. It results from someone consistently managing countless operational details each day—with precision, responsiveness, and diligence.

Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking educational models. We integrate demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated standards for both students and educators. This position ensures that the operational infrastructure of the campus matches the excellence of our academic programs.

In this capacity, you control the operational rhythm of the campus. Your scope includes community communications, campus security, facilities and logistics oversight, and daily technology administration. At any given time, you might be organizing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technology issue, facilitating new employee orientation, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your role extends beyond maintaining operations—you are building institutional trust.

This is a practical, campus-based position suited for someone who excels in fast-paced settings, maintains composure during challenges, and is committed to upholding exceptional service standards. If you seek a position where your actions directly influence student safety, staff productivity, and family confidence, this role provides genuine accountability and measurable impact.

  • Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical resource and Google Administrator

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
  • Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
  • Operating within a limited, specialized administrative capacity
  • Remaining desk-bound with routine, unchanging responsibilities
  • Escalating issues without taking ownership or driving resolution
