This hybrid position supports a tuition-free, fully virtual Arizona charter school that trades worksheets for experiential learning and centers on personal development. Students tackle core academics independently via AI-powered platforms in two concentrated daily hours. The remainder of their day is dedicated to cultivating practical skills through facilitated workshops, coaching sessions, and exploratory projects.
Your role will not involve delivering scripted content or monitoring a virtual classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions designed to push students to think critically, create, collaborate, and evolve. You'll guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and problem-solving while fostering independence, self-confidence, and strong executive function.
This position is not intended for educators seeking to replicate conventional schooling via Zoom.
