We're seeking licensed teachers prepared to move beyond traditional school management and focus on transforming student lives.
Imagine a teaching role where lesson plans, lectures, and grading take a back seat—and your energy goes entirely into mentoring young people to become self-assured, capable individuals.
Unbound Academy has redesigned what teaching means. This hybrid position supports a tuition-free, fully virtual Arizona charter school that trades worksheets for experiential learning and prioritizes personal development. Students handle core academics on their own using AI-driven platforms during two concentrated daily hours. The remainder of their schedule is dedicated to building practical skills through facilitated workshops, coaching, and discovery.
You won't deliver prescribed lessons or monitor a virtual classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to think critically, collaborate, create, and evolve. Your role centers on mentoring them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and critical thinking while cultivating independence, self-assurance, and executive skills.
This position isn't designed for educators attempting to recreate conventional schooling online. It's for licensed teachers willing to move to Arizona, embrace a hybrid structure, and guide students in ways that genuinely prepare them for real life.
