Your primary work happens outdoors: facilitating one-hour life-skills sessions covering public speaking, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving through adventure-based, experiential methods designed to be authentically challenging and engaging. Every session concludes with a Test2Pass mastery assessment — students must demonstrate the target skill in applied context before completion.
The remainder of your schedule centers on motivation sessions: brief, one-on-one coaching interactions informed by Coachbot analytics, where you engage students and propel them toward academic objectives. You'll witness measurable, immediate transformation as students shift from reluctant participants to self-assured performers. Your performance metrics are transparent: student satisfaction ratings (90% benchmark) and weekly goal completion (100% benchmark).
