What if the secret to helping young children discover reading lies in connecting with them through gaming culture—where progression, determination, and skill-building are already second nature?

In this role, you will facilitate small-group reading sessions at a school designed around the passions of young gamers. Through phonics-based teaching, adaptive literacy technology, and personalized coaching, you'll help K-2 learners develop the same enthusiasm for reading that they have for games.

Austin provides live music venues, mild winters, scenic hill country paths, and a dynamic education innovation community you'll be part of.
