What if helping young children unlock reading success means connecting with them through gaming culture—a world where leveling up, persistence, and mastery are already second nature?

In this role, you will facilitate small-group reading workshops at a school designed around the passions of young gamers. You will combine phonics instruction, adaptive literacy technology, and personalized coaching to help K-2 learners develop the same enthusiasm for reading that they already have for games.

Austin brings together live music, mild winters, scenic hill country trails, and a dynamic education innovation community you will become part of.
