Imagine bridging the gap between early reading success and the world young children already know: gaming culture, where progression, perseverance, and skill-building come naturally.

You will facilitate small-group literacy sessions at a school designed around the passions of young gamers, combining phonics-based teaching, adaptive learning technology, and individualized coaching to inspire K-2 learners to embrace reading with the same enthusiasm they bring to games.

Austin brings live music, mild winters, scenic hill country landscapes, and a dynamic education innovation community you'll be part of.

Shape learning. Embrace growth. Apply today.

  • Track student performance metrics from adaptive technology and apply findings to customize instruction for individual reading groups
  • Leverage storytelling, humor, gaming metaphors, and affirming feedback to sustain student effort and address learning challenges
