E-learning Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

If you believe education should operate with greater speed, precision, and accountability, this position is designed for you.

2 Hour Learning compresses the work traditional schools distribute across an entire day into concentrated, high-impact learning cycles. Success depends on academic decisions that are accurate, timely, and owned from start to finish. This role exists to deliver that: transform complex student data into clear, actionable decisions and combine them with direct, high-trust coaching that eliminates obstacles quickly.

You will operate where analytics meets human engagement. In one moment, you're reviewing performance data to identify risk early and support placements with defensible logic. In the next, you're working face-to-face with a student, diagnosing confusion in the moment and helping them progress before minor challenges escalate into serious setbacks. This is not a background reporting function. You are responsible for results.

This position is built for individuals who want to witness the impact of their decisions immediately. If you excel with ownership, value direct student engagement, and take satisfaction in helping children learn twice as efficiently through sharper decisions, this role will suit you.

Apply if you want your contributions to be visible by the end of the week, not the end of the term.

What you will be doing

  • Evaluate student performance data to generate clear, actionable academic reports that enable prompt interventions
  • Take full academic responsibility for a designated student cohort, including placement decisions, testing protocols, and follow-through actions
  • Deliver fast-paced academic rescue sessions that pinpoint root causes and eliminate learning obstacles in real time
  • Lead post-test coaching conversations to distinguish knowledge deficits from careless errors and assign precise next steps
  • Partner with academic leaders and parent support teams to escalate emerging risks and refine tools or workflows

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating reports that sit unused
  • Operating exclusively in the background without direct student contact
  • Delegating academic responsibility to teachers, tutors, or parents
  • Conducting broad tutoring sessions without targeted diagnostic objectives
  • Delaying response to student challenges for weeks at a time

Key responsibilities

Provide accurate, timely academic analysis and direct student interventions that demonstrably accelerate learning outcomes for assigned student cohorts.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year in a coaching, instructional, or training role with documented outcomes or feedback
  • At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience working closely with K–8 students (occasional tutoring does not qualify)
  • Demonstrated experience in data science, education, EdTech, or student support roles combining analysis and interpersonal work
  • Fluent spoken and written communication in Ukrainian and English
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, and charts
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust quickly with students and parents
  • Proven use of AI to analyze data or automate workflows with measurable efficiency gains
