You have been in the room with a family and understood that the truthful response was no. Giving that answer came at a cost: a sale, a manager's sign-off, a commission check. In this role, delivering that answer is the responsibility.
Alpha operates a private K-12 school network. Students complete academic work in roughly two hours per day and dedicate the remainder to developing practical skills, with test performance validating the approach. This is an on-site position at a single campus, in person daily, across one of 12 markets: Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, La Jolla, or Malibu, CA; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Boca Raton, FL; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Greenwich, CT; Nashville, TN; or Park City, UT. Indicate your preferred market at the time of application.
Families invest significantly, conduct thorough research, and pose difficult questions about academic rigor and expectations within the first ten minutes. The model succeeds only when enrolled families genuinely align with it. In a compact cohort, a single misaligned family alters the environment for all participants.
You will be accountable for the complete admissions process at one campus. Initial inquiry, fit discussion, campus visit, shadow day, decision conversation. You serve as the sole point of contact from inquiry through the student's first school day. A typical week includes: responding to every inquiry within four hours, guiding a skeptical parent through the afternoon program, facilitating a shadow day, documenting everything in HubSpot, and informing a family that their child would be better suited elsewhere. You will manage 20 or more families at varying stages concurrently. You determine fit, and you communicate the outcome, face-to-face, in your own language.
The network is expanding, and the operational framework continues to develop. Those who validate a market establish the FAQs, the fit standards, and the protocols that subsequent campuses adopt, and they become the trusted reference affluent families in their region share among themselves.
This is an on-site position at one campus, in person daily. Profiles who excel in this capacity: admissions and enrollment leaders from selective institutions; high-value consumer advisors whose client was a family unit, such as luxury real estate professionals, private client consultants, or premium practice operators; and hospitality and private service managers who have delivered white-glove experiences for discerning clients. If this describes you, apply and specify your desired market.
Enroll the appropriate families at one campus and ensure even the declined families experience quality service.
